1. We want you to be completely satisfied with every transaction you make with Licensesg.com This is a digital product, so you cannot return it once it has been shipped.
2. As long as the product has not been delivered, cancellation and refund are possible at any time, even after the expiration of the 14 days.
3. Other reasons for return may be faulty products such as invalid or already redeemed games or software keys. This must be reported to Licensesg.com within 14 days after receiving the delivery by e-mail to: info@licensesg.com. The license may ask customers to provide evidence for reported problems.
